Idea Portal is a multi-platform Mobile Application that allows users to Propose New Ideas & Solutions with a seamless approval mechanism.

The Medico Labs Application is a Medical Field Guide that provides essential information to clinical medical practitioners on Medications and calculated dosages. It has a lot of Information processed and delivered in quick time to help in emergency situations.

The App deploys a platform called InfoApp Manager that allows users to manage the content of their own apps. Most of the App content is in SharePoint this content management system is ideal for Medico Labs and demonstrates just how efficient this process could become. The fact that the InfoApp platform enabled Medico Labs to also develop the App for both iOS and Android platforms at a very reasonable rate was an added bonus.

The App is also designed to include a dosage calculator where Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics and Advanced Paramedics could choose a particular type of medication and then enter patient information such as age and weight. They are then presented with the exact recommended dosage of that medication for a patient of that age and weight.

BE approached us to investigate their data collection challenges and what could be done to improve the process. At the heart of the BE process was the Excel spreadsheet and the first step required was to perform a full analysis of all the data entry fields and calculations needed to generate the final report. The Excel sheet contained more than one hundred different calculations and it was essential that we obtained a detailed understanding of every element required to complete the process and generate an accurate report.

The final solution was broken down into two projects – a mobile application and a Web Portal. The mobile application was designed to enable BE surveyors to create a survey on the fly and dynamically create sites, floor, rooms and hallways and enter in the relevant numbers and types of fittings as they moved through a site. Once the surveyor had completed the onsite audit the data was then synchronised to the web portal where the data was run through the energy efficiency calculations. The surveyor could then review the results and produce the final report with the click of a button.

Invitees Planner is an all-encompassing Event Invitation Solution which connects to the Mobile’s contacts and gives a comprehensive picture of the Invitation process from Scheduling to Completion. The solution works on iOS & Android platform.

We have made the Invitees Planner generic and added innovative features like Reminders, Custom Invite Designs for Professional and Personal Groups, Import Contacts, New Contacts both way sync and Map.
